These Terms of Service apply when you visit blanklocations.com or buy from Blank Locations ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We do our best to show colors, prints and fit accurately. Screens vary and products are made to order, so small differences in color and print placement from the photos are normal and aren't defects.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't fulfill it. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping policy and Returns & Refunds policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier, but we'll still help with lost or damaged packages as described in those policies.

Our designs

All designs, graphics, logos and content on this site belong to Blank Locations. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Blank Law, BLMA, Stoney Blank Lax and similar pieces are original parody designs. Blank Locations is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any school, university, museum, team or other institution, and colorway names are descriptive only.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack, scrape, overload or interfere with it, and no fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Blank Locations is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to orders placed after that date.
